Who We Are
This website is managed by Council 7566 of the Knights of Columbus. This website is intended for the private use of members only. Use of valid login credentials is mandatory.
Your Data
Information collected on this website is used to identify current members in good standing. You are free to modify or delete your information contained on this website. Your name, email address, and membership number are used to validate your identity as a member of Council 7566. Your name and likeness (if uploaded) are displayed as part of the membership directory. Your email address and your userid (if not your email address) are used to log into this site, but are not displayed in the member directory.
Your name and email address are used to pre-fill the Expense Reimbursement form. The form asks for your mailing address and, if you request payment via Zelle, your Zelle email address or phone number. This additional information is used only to process the Order on the Treasurer forms and to email the reimbursement request to the Council Officers. The website does not retain any of this additional information.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
Cookies
If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their own personal information at any time (except they are unable to change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information. Wesbsite administrator cannot view your password.

If you have an account on this si, youou can requesaed filcontainingof the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
